This is where USA tax payers money is going when your government gives the Palestinian Authority 75 million
The Palestinian Authority doled out handsome monetary payments and monthly stipends to the convicted terrorists who were freed from Israeli prisons as part of the Netanyahu government’s peace gestures toward Ramallah,

Thus far, the Israeli government has released 52 Palestinians who were convicted of terrorist offenses before the signing of the Oslo Accords in 1993. More Palestinians are due to be freed in the coming months while Israel and the PA engage in peace negotiations.
A senior Palestinian official told Israel Radio that the goal of the largesse is to enable the newly-released men to “begin their lives anew” and re-acclimate themselves to society.According to Israel Radio, upon their release, each of the freed Palestinians received a $50,000 payment from the Ramallah government. In addition, they are also given a monthly stipend that ranges from NIS 8,000 – 14,000 in addition to other state benefits and perks.
Two years ago, a right-wing NGO issued a report detailing a PA-law that granted monthly salaries to Palestinians and Israeli Arabs imprisoned for terrorism.
The report by Palestinian Media Watch found that those serving sentences of more than 20 years will receive higher salaries. Salaries are to be paid from the day of arrest until release.
The PMW report points out that more than 6,000 Palestinians are currently serving time in Israeli prisons for terror-related offenses.
The new PA law stipulates that payment “will be implemented...on the basis of available sources of funding.”
Accordingly, when the PA is short of cash, salaries to the prisoners will be cut, said PMW.
Such direct aid to the PA could be part of the “available sources” for terrorist salaries or could free money elsewhere in the PA budget that could be used for these salaries, the report says.
Hundreds of Palestinian prisoners are serving multiple life sentences for murder and will receive a PA salary, which goes directly to the terrorist or the terrorist’s family.
All of these prisoners, no matter what their crime or affiliation, will receive the same base salary. Married prisoners will also receive additional pay, as well as those with children.
Arabs from Jerusalem and Israeli Arabs imprisoned for terror offenses will get an additional supplement of NIS 300 and NIS 500, respectively.
The PMW report quotes an article in a PA newspaper that explained that the new law offered prisoners a series of privileges, including exemption from tuition fees at government schools and universities, if the inmate serves five years or more in prison.
